Developed from Dr. Blair Kelly’s osteopathic clinical practice, and brought to life by world-class choreographer Sian Kelly, it’s an effective, targeted, and engaging health program. Accessible and fun, it’s designed to enhance well-being and bring energy to the workplace.
What is it?
Groove To Move is a video-based movement program specifically designed for the workplace. The program can be customized to suit any workplace needs, offering anything from 1-minute exercises before meetings to 20-minute sessions during lunch breaks. The goal is to keep your team moving, promoting both short-term and long-term health outcomes.
