Wellbeing at Work Exclusive offer Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
This offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to attendees of the Wellbeing at Work conference. It provides:

  • 3 months’ access to the Groove To Move online program via our website, and

  • One live, in-person session per month during the 3-month period.

The total cost of the Offer is $399 (AUD) +gst

2. Access to Online Program

  • Access is provided via a single organisation login for use by the purchasing team or company.

  • The login is intended for internal use only and may not be shared externally or distributed beyond the agreed team.

  • Groove To Move reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if these conditions are breached.

  • The Offer is designed for teams of up to 50 employees.

  • If access is required for a team larger than 50 people, please contact Groove To Move to discuss an extended licence or enterprise package.

  • Groove To Move reserves the right to suspend access if login details are distributed or used in a way that breaches these terms.

3. Live Sessions

  • The Offer includes one live in-person session per month (total of three sessions).

  • Live sessions will be delivered in Melbourne or Sydney in a mutually agreed location and time, subject to scheduling availability.

  • Travel costs may apply for sessions delivered outside of the Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan area (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the booked session.

4. Payment & Validity

  • Full payment of $399 +gst is required to confirm participation.

  • The Offer must be purchased by 30 November 2025 to be valid.

  • Access to the online program will commence once payment is received and login details are provided.

5. Usage Rights

  • All Groove To Move content (videos, guides, and other materials) remains the intellectual property of Groove To Move.

  • Content may not be copied, downloaded, recorded, modified, or distributed without written consent.

  • The program is intended for educational and wellbeing purposes only and does not constitute medical or clinical advice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of the program and reserved live session times, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

  • Substitutions (e.g. a different team representative attending the live session) may be made with written notice.

7. General

  • Groove To Move reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, provided that no material changes are made after purchase without notice.

  • By purchasing this Offer, the organisation agrees to these Terms & Conditions and general Terms & Conditions
